I.D. FORMS, COGGINS,  AND STALL RESERVATIONS DUE AT MAY MEETING!! Failure to hand in on time, disqualifies you from showing your horse at Fair or to receive any compensation (awards, fees for education, trips, etc) with horse project funds..  No late entries accepted.  Give to Sergeant at Arms, Matt Andrews.

          5             Board of Directors, RMDB, 7:00 PM - (6:30pm - 1st Mandatory Meeting for Fair)

          17           Barn maintenance begins at 3:00 PM, Fairgrounds - those that help with barn maintenance will be allowed to decorate their stalls and have pizza.

                         5:00 PM - 2nd Mandatory Meeting!!!!  SET UP TENT!!!  

           20-24     Fond du Lac County Fair (Tuesday 14th - check in NO EARLIER THAN NOON)     

           19          Model Horse judging 1:00 PM, Recreation Center

           20          Check in BY noon – no exceptions, pony measuring by 1:00 PM. Scavenger hunt begins at 1:15 PM. Drill team practice at 3:00 PM.

            21          State Qualifying Showmanship, Trail Classes, and Driving - 8:00 AM                              

            22          State Qualifying show day including Dressage and Western Riding – 8:00 AM. Meeting and Picture for state qualifiers immediately following the show.      

            22           Swimming at County Pool - all day (paid for by club)        

            23           Family Fun Day Show, 9:00 AM

            23           State papers due to Secretary (Alissa Pinno) with money and signatures before 5:00 PM NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED

            23            Pot Luck Picnic – 5:00 PM – Auction and awards to follow. NO RIDING DURING PICNIC. 

            23            Following auction and awards - dance party!!!

            24            Family Fun/Speed Show -12:30 – 3:00 PM

            24            Check out only after 6:00 PM (or forfeit your premium) – No Exceptions
